Someone contacted me yesterday and asked me if I have published on of my fanfics under different username. Well, it turn out, my story just got stolen.

Someone had the nerve to take separate lines or even whole paragraphs of my "The shattered shaft" and changed the POV, bend and butchered the words and put them into their horrible, horrible piece of fic. Apart from the paragraphs stolen from me the story has terrible format, no interpunction and no plot what-so-ever.

It makes me sick to think that the story I have put so much thought to, so many hours of medical research could be so easily taken from me. You can't put a watermark on the fanfic. I know the story hasn't been updated in more then a year, but but it doesn't matter.

I don't know what to do. I didn't contact that person and I know from experience that admins at ff.net don't act quickly or even reply to most of the emails. I want that person's fic removed and them punished.

I don't want to delete my account on ff.net and close my LJ only to friends, but right now this thought had crossed my mind.

EDIT:

Thanks to backup from some users from Livejournal the story was removed, along with the second one, which leads me to believe that might have been plagiarised as well.

I recieved an email from the 'author' who apologized, but also tried to justify herself with bunch of excuses I didn't believe in for one second (like having photographic memore, for once). It doesn't really matter, I guess. That monstrosity is gone, which is the only thing that matters now.

For reporting and deleting another of my submissions.

First it was a wallpaper drawn ENTIERLY by me but apparently it didn't suit the DA's weirdo policy of wallpapers.

Then today another piece was deleted because 'character in it was shown in sexual context and was determined underage'.

Which, frankly, is a load of bullshit.

I feel the need to browse all of the manga/anime galleries and report in vengence every porn piece that shows underage character. It will add up to at least half of the submissions out there.

Seriously, it makes me not want to bother with DA any more.

Some son#&@#* reported my fic on Y!Gallery for thumbnail use because my photoshop is a jerk and I couldn't make my own and I used LJ icon. Big deal, it's not like, oh let's say... EVERYONE is doing it <<
I am going to change all my thumbnails pretty soon along with the layout as soon as my computer stops being an idiot.

Also, I am handing over my PC tommorow to get Windows nuked, since apparently it decided to die on me (this time it turned on *only* at 7th try, usually takes about 10-15). I'll be more or less in offline mode for couple of days.

To commisioners: I started working on some plushies, but an important contest popped out of nowhere yesterday and I intend to take part in it. It's a mmorpg game contest and prize is an in-game item worth at least 80$ if not more, so yeah, sorry, but it's pretty impossible for me to get it any other way xD
I will resume commisions after I am done with that contest.


The massive headache that started three days ago is not helping either ><

I want to upload my sim on ModTheSims but since I have never done if before I would like for someone to test them out first. What I am most concerned is if all custom textures, makeup and such are uploaded as well.

If you don't have winrar I can provide raw sim files. Those are in sim3.pack format, so just double click it and the game launcher will install it by it's own.

It's a sim based on character of Willow Rosenberg (from "Buffy" series). While she is not 100% similiar to the actress but I am pleased with it.

But!

When you download her she might not be *exactly* how it's provided on screenshots. I am using the Create-A-Sim mod that allows you to pass normal EA bounduaries when creating a sim and modify body parts to great extent. So if you are not using it, she might look a bit different. Not sure though, since I didn't really modify her past the normal borders... I think.
I am also using deauflt eyes replacement by Aikea Guinea and default skin replacements by wonderfull Hysterical Paroxysm.

The sim that will be uploaded is the 'normal' version, the 'extra' is just for personal testing, since she is using the paid hair and top (might not show up if you don't have it installed)
