Artist's Comments

Second part of the jewelry batch I am going to sell at local library exhibition. They're rather simple, but I am following a specific rule here. More complicated = higher price = low sales.

Upper row, from left to right:
- sterling silver, glass beads
- sterling silver, Jablonex beads, metal bali
- metal (non-allergic), plastic, metal bali

Lower row:
- sterling silver, glass beads, Lampwork beads, metal bali
- sterling silver, Jablonex beads, cut seashells
- metal (non-allergic), plastic, metal bali

The top two are my favorites! especially the first one. Simple designs are so beautiful in that they enhance the wearer instead of stealing the show. If that made sense >>;;

There's a saying "less is more" and you mastered this.

How do you put multiple pieces of jewelry in one picture?

What particular thing on photoshop? I can't seem to find it.

Also, what do you use for backgrounds?

Not really... o_o I just pasted pictures together, cut and resized them so they would all match in one overall shape and done lines with line tool. Same thing can be done in MS paint <<

Usually I use plain white paper from my printer. Here I used green organza, which is a kind of fabric, but it's shimmery and quite frankly, a bitch to photograph.
